A multi-entity B2B organization is seeking an outsourced financial planning and analysis partner to improve budgeting, cash forecasting and monthly management reporting. The operating structure includes three legal entities, several revenue streams and approximately 90 employees.

The engagement is expected to include an integrated annual budget, rolling 13-week cash forecast, monthly variance analysis and decision-ready reporting for management. Proposals should describe the onboarding process, monthly service cadence, information requirements, team structure and fixed or recurring pricing.

The provider must be able to work with exports from the existing accounting and payroll systems without taking control of banking access. Deliverables should include documented model assumptions, version-controlled forecast files and a repeatable monthly close-to-report workflow. Confidential financial data must be handled securely.
