A light-manufacturing facility is requesting proposals for a complete oil-free compressed-air package to replace aging equipment and support planned production growth. The required system will serve process equipment, instrumentation and general plant air with an estimated operating demand of 850 to 1,050 CFM.
The project should include compressor selection, air treatment, receiver capacity, controls, delivery, installation support, startup and operator training. Suppliers should provide equipment pricing, electrical and utility requirements, expected efficiency, maintenance intervals, warranty coverage and a proposed implementation schedule.

Technical Requirements
The compressor package must deliver Class 0 oil-free air and include appropriate dryer, filtration, condensate management and system controls. Proposals must state rated flow, pressure, motor size, sound level, cooling requirements and full-load and part-load performance. Equipment must be suitable for continuous industrial duty and supported by qualified regional service technicians and readily available replacement parts.
