The asset list includes rooftop anchors, horizontal lifeline systems, fixed ladder systems, davit bases and selected portable retrieval equipment.
The requested service includes an initial asset inventory, inspection, tagging, deficiency reporting and a recurring annual inspection program. Technical Requirements
Inspection and certification work must follow the applicable provincial requirements, manufacturer instructions and recognized fall-protection standards. Each asset must be uniquely identified and documented with location, manufacturer, model, condition, inspection date and result. Any failed or questionable equipment must be clearly tagged and reported immediately. The provider must maintain calibration records for test equipment and carry appropriate professional and commercial liability insurance.
