A commercial fleet operator is requesting proposals for design and installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure at a primary depot. The first phase will support 22 light-duty fleet vehicles, with planned expansion to approximately 60 charging ports over three years.
The project should include load assessment, utility coordination, charger selection, electrical design, permitting, civil work, installation, networking, commissioning and training. Proposals should identify equipment, software fees, construction assumptions, incentives, schedule and options for future capacity expansion.

Technical Requirements
The design must account for site electrical capacity, fleet duty cycles, charging windows and managed-load requirements. Chargers must carry applicable certifications and support remote monitoring, access control and energy reporting. The proposal must define communications, software ownership, warranty, service response and interoperability. Drawings, calculations, permits, test results and as-built documentation are required at project completion.
