Commercial Electrical Contractor Needed for Warehouse Lighting Retrofit

A warehouse operator is seeking a qualified commercial electrical contractor to replace approximately 180 existing high-bay fixtures with energy-efficient LED equipment. The facility remains operational during weekdays, so the work will require phased scheduling and coordination around active storage and shipping areas.

The requested proposal should include a site review, fixture recommendation, lighting layout or verification, removal of existing fixtures, installation, lift requirements, disposal and final testing. Available rebate support and optional controls should be shown separately.

Fixtures must be approved for commercial use in Saskatchewan and suitable for the mounting height and ambient conditions. The contractor must verify circuit loading, emergency-lighting impacts and required permits. Work areas must be isolated safely, and lift operators must be qualified. The proposal should state expected illuminance levels, fixture wattage, colour temperature, warranty, project duration, shutdown requirements and disposal method for removed equipment.
