Business Need

We are seeking a staffing agency or workforce provider to supply 18 reliable warehouse associates for a seasonal distribution project in Mississauga, Ontario.

The workers will support receiving, order picking, packing, labeling, pallet preparation and general warehouse operations. The assignment is expected to begin on July 6, 2026, and continue for approximately eight weeks, with the possibility of an extension based on operational demand.

The primary schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Some Saturday shifts may be available during peak periods. Workers should have prior warehouse, fulfillment or distribution experience and must be comfortable performing physical work, including lifting packages weighing up to 50 lb.

The selected provider will be responsible for candidate screening, payroll administration, statutory deductions, workplace eligibility and replacement coverage when required. All assigned workers must be legally authorized to work in Canada and comply with site safety requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Previous warehouse or distribution-centre experience preferred. Workers must be able to lift up to 50 lb and remain on their feet for extended periods. Forklift certification is an asset but not required. All workers must follow workplace safety procedures and complete a short site orientation before starting.
